Before using or Registering with TransferTerminal.co.uk, please review the following terms and conditions (the Agreement) which define your rights, responsibilities and benefits as a user of Transferterminal.co.uk.

TransferTerminal.co.uk License and Terms and Conditions of Use
TransferTerminal.co.uk is an Internet service (the "Service") owned and operated by Transfer Terminal, Ltd. ("we", "our" or "us"). "You" or "your" means an adult user of the Service for itself and you as parent or guardian for any minor who you allow to access the Service, for whom you will be held strictly responsible. Your use of the Service indicates that you are bound by this Agreement with us. If you don't agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not use the Service. We may alter this Agreement at our discretion and your continued use after any change indicates your acceptance of that change. If you don't want to be bound by a change, discontinue use of the Service.

TransferTerminal.co.uk contains graphics, information, data and other content accessible by any registered Internet user and similar content which is accessible only to our Registered members "(the Content)". Whether in the all users section or in the registered users section of the Service, all Content is owned and/or copyrighted by Transfer Terminal, Ltd., or third party providers and may be used only in accordance with this limited use license. TransferTerminal.co.uk is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to United Kingdom copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws.

Limited Use LICENSE
The download of the whole or significant portions of any work or database is prohibited. Resale of a work or database or portion thereof, except as specific results relevant to specific research for an individual, is prohibited. Transfer Terminal, Ltd. makes no warranty concerning third party provided goods or services, and you agree that any recourse for dissatisfaction or problems with those goods or services will be sought from the third party provider and not from Transfer Terminal, Ltd.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THIS WEB SERVICE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS SERVICE.

Registered Member Terms

1. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

1.1 As part of the registration process, you will select a username and password. You must provide Transfer Terminal, Ltd. with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of this Agreement and any problems arising will be the sole responsibility of you and not Transfer Terminal, Ltd or it's third party companies. You understand that you may not (i) select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use the rights of any person other than yourself without authorization; or (iii) use a name that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate. This Site is operated in the United Kingdom and operated to be in compliance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Registration as a user of or subscriber to any of the Sites or services provided on them results in your customer information being stored and processed in the United Kingdom, and you, in registering , specifically consent to that storage and processing. You may access that information at any time to confirm its correctness and to keep it current in connection with your registration. If you are registering for use of this site from outside of the United Kingdom, you consent to the storage and processing in the United Kingdom of the personal data you submit, within the scope of the PRIVACY STATEMENT of Transfer Terminal, Ltd. You may and should review and correct this information regularly.

1.2 You shall notify us by regular mail or by e-mail at Support@TransferTerminal.co.uk of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

1.3 You are responsible for all usage or activity on TransferTerminal.co.uk via your password account. Distribution of your password to others for access to TransferTerminal.co.uk is expressly prohibited and shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

2. FEES AND PAYMENTS

2.1 Payments are only made once a service has been agreed by you. This service does not charge any membership or registration fees, only for services for which you have specifically requested. Payments will be processed within 24 hours of your order being taken by a secure third party billing company. When payments are made, from that points onwards you will adhere to the terms and conditions of the third party company. p> 2.2 Cancellations. Cancellations can be made up to one month before departure date. Cancellations after that date are at the discretion of the third party company of who's services you have purchased. If you choose to cancel your booking within one month of departure Transfer Terminal, Ltd. cannot guarantee you will receive a full refund. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking you need to inform us immediately, either by using the 'cancel booking' function in your account section of the website, sending an email to our support team at support@transferterminal.co.uk . If for any reason you cannot access the website or email, you can telephone our customer services on 020 8133 7922.

3. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN TRANSFERTERMINAL.CO.UK AND YOU.

TransferTerminal.co.uk will send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to TransferTerminal.co.uk, or of any TransferTerminal.co.uk related products and services. You may opt out of this notification service by replying to the electronic mail that was sent with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.

Communications, for the purpose of infoming you about bookings does not have a opt out policy. You may be contacted via email or telephone. Faliure to respond to these communications may result in your booking not being processed or cancelled.

4. LIABILTY

4.1 We will not be held liable for any missed bookings due to registration information being incorrect. You must keep this information up to date at all times up to the point of your booking. it is your responsibilty to make sure all details, registered address and booking details are correct at the time of booking.

4.2 We will not be held liable for missed flights due to circumstances out of our control (e.g traffic, breakdowns etc.) by contacting customer support we will do our best to rectify the problem without further cost to you, however if this not possible we will not be held responsible.

5. TERMINATION

Should you breach this Agreement we will revoke your license to use the Service and suspend your right of access. In such a case, no portion of any payment will be refunded. Should we decide to suspend your account for any reason other than breach, we will refund to you any payments made where you will not be using the service, which will be your sole and exclusive remedy upon such a suspension of service.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE.

6.1 Transfer Terminal, Ltd. has the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service, including the Content of the Service, at any time. Changes in Service will be posted on TransferTerminal.co.uk, or sent via e-mail, or postal mail to you. p> 6. MISCELLANEOUS
