A. TransferTerminal.co.uk will search all airport taxi transfer services in your area and retrieve the best prices for you. You then have the choice of which service you wish to use and make the payment online. You will receive a confirmation and your journey will be booked.

Q. Do i have to pay to register?

A. Registration is completely free, there are no membership fee's, you only ever pay for Transfers you have booked.

Q.Once i've made my booking, can I make changes to it?

A. It is possible to make changes to your booking by accessing your 'My Bookings' area of the website then changing the details you need to. Our support team will be infomed and make the changes for you.

Q. Once i've made my booking, can i cancel it?

A. You can cancel your booking until 1 month before the departure date. After this time we can not guarantee a refund for your booking. If you do want to cancel your booking, access your 'My Bookings' area of the website, find the correct booking and click the cancel booking. Our support team will be informed and make the cancellation for you.

Q. Can i make multiple bookings?

A. You can make as many bookings as you need.

Q. Once i've Requested a booking, an i obliged to take that booking?

A. No, You can request bookings but you are never obliged to take the booking. The bookign is only made once payment is received.

Q. How can i pay for my booking?

A. Once you have decided to take a booking, you will be taken through to the payment page and can make payment using most cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta or Amex)

Q. Are payments secure?

A. Payments will be made using Paypal ecommerce services. All transactions will be secure and you will be protected by paypals protection.

Q. Will the taxi pick me up from my Home?

A. The taxi will pick you up from your home and take you to the airport you have specified. On return it will pick you up from the airport specified and return you to your home address.
